Orders

Orders are processed Monday though Friday. All Orders received after 2 p.m. PST will be processed the following business day. Unique West can't guarantee the availability of products. We will make every attempt to contact you via e-mail or phone if the product is out of stock. Credit Cards will be charged only after we verify that the item is in stock and is ready to be shipped.

Unique West Return Policy

We accept returns on Full Priced merchandise within 7 days of receipt of purchase. (Pre-Authorization is required) All Sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We inspect all items prior to shipping. We have the right to refuse any returned merchandise that is damaged, has been worn, or laundered.

Shipping

All Domestic orders are shipped via USPS free of charge. If you want it faster then we ship Fed Ex Express or UPS 2 day, your cost will only be what Fed Ex or UPS charges, nothing additional. We do ship Internationally, however all charges are charged to your order at time of shipping.
